The FstSort Mango Drying Tunnel is a continuous hot air or combination drying device that operates efficiently and continuously, with a large production capacity, capable of processing several tonnes of fruit in a single batch.

Even drying and consistent quality: hot air circulation + zone temperature control. Through interactive air supply from above and below, segmented heating, and timed forward and reverse rotation, the device ensures even drying and consistent colour of the fruit.
